Our Complete Transformer Fire Protection System is an advanced 360-degree safety solution that combines NIFPS (Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention System) for internal fire and explosion prevention with a Low-Pressure Water Mist System for external fire suppression. The NIFPS system controls internal faults, reduces pressure, cools hot oil, and extinguishes internal fires within seconds to prevent transformer tank rupture. The external water mist system protects bushings, radiators, conservators, and nearby cable trenches by releasing fine water droplets that cool flames quickly, reduce smoke, lower radiant heat, and stop re-ignition while using very minimal water. Both systems work through a single PLC-HMI control panel with automatic and manual operation, real-time alarms, monitoring, and SMS alert features. This solution is safe for electrical equipment, environmentally friendly, low-maintenance, and compliant with NFPA 750, IS 15519, IMO 1165, and EN 14972 standards.
